As a seminar leader and presenter, John Valente's presentations consistently earn the highest ratings from audiences at conferences and seminars ranging in size from 10 to 600 attendees. He has lectured for private companies, trade associations and insurance carriers and at state and national workers' compensation insurance seminars.
Valente regularly consults with companies on workplace safety and trains supervisors in ways to investigate workplace injuries.  He has also taught a number of training sessions that provide the practical tools necessary to get injured workers back to work. 

He is available for on-site trainings for all levels and aspects of the workers' compensation process, including, safety, wellness programs, accident investigation, assisting in recovery and returning the injured worker to work. He has also lectured on various levels of the AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment and on the negative effect of litigation in workplace injury claims.
